Ohio APT Associate Member:
Please
join us at the Ohio Association of Public Treasurers (OAPT) 2008
Annual Conference at Crown Plaza in Dublin. This will be the fifth
year that the OAPT will hold what has become a very popular Exhibitors
Hall. This has proven to be very successful for members, and is
a great opportunity for you to network with a large number of
finance officials. The Conference will be from Wednesday, October
8th, through Friday, October 10th.
The
Association of Pubic Treasurers is an association for all public
treasurers and finance officials for municipalities, counties,
townships, schools and libraries. This association is a friendly
networking organization that strives to present quality educational
training programs such as the Ohio Public Finance Officers Training
Program in June, and the above mentioned annual October Conference.
The
Exhibit Area will be open on Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and
on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The tables will include
electricity and a skirted 8 foot table. Additional space and accommodations
may be made in advance subject to space limitations and availability.
We are excited to have more space availability this year for exhibitors.
Listed
below are the various levels of sponsorship:
1.
Platinum-$2,500. This includes two free registrations
to the entire Conference, meals for 2 people, and an exhibit table.
2. Gold-$1,000. This includes one free registration
to the entire Conference,
meals for 1 person and an exhibit table.
3. Silver-$750. Sponsorship includes membership
roster.
4. Bronze-$500. Sponsorship includes membership
roster.
5. Sustaining Level-$250. Sponsorship
Please
let us know the name(s) of your associate(s) attending the Conference
so that we can provide name badge(s). If you would like to purchase
meals for the meal time functions for your additional attendees,
the cost is $75 per attendee.

make your check payable to the Ohio Association of Public Treasurers
and mail it along with the attached agreement to Mike Engel, City
of Trenton,
