OHIO ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC TREASURERS
EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR
This

by and between the Ohio Association of Public Treasurers,
(hereinafter referred to as OAPT) and _____________________________________
(hereinafter referred to as the exhibitor).
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS,
the goal of OAPT is to provide an education training and
networking program through the annual conference.
SECTION
1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT. The purpose of this
Agreement
is to delineate the level of sponsorship at the annual
conference, as
well as establish exhibitor status.
SECTION
2. CONFERENCE LOCATION AND DURATION. October
14th-October 16th 2009
at the Nia Conference Center, Kalahari Resort, in Sandusky.
SECTION
3. LEVEL OF SPONSORSHIP
(1)
Platinum $2,500.00 which includes two (2) free registrations,
meals for
2 people, membership roster and an exhibit table.
(2) Gold $1,000.00 which includes one (1) free registration,
meals for 1 person,
membership roster and an exhibit table.
(3) Silver $750 Sponsorship includes membership roster.
(4) Bronze $500 Sponsorship includes membership roster.
(5) Sustaining Level $250 Sponsorship.
This
sponsor has agreed to level_____________________________________.
