Room Reservations:
- Go tohttps://www.hancockhotel.com/
- Click “Book Now” in the right-hand corner of your screen
- Fill in your Check-In & Check-Out Date, number of rooms, adults, and children and click “Check Availability.”
- It will likely tell you that no rooms are available, where it says “Have a Promo or Group Code? Enter it now” (see image below) Click on “Enter it now” and place the GROUP code “202510OHIOP” in the ‘Group Code’ box and hit ‘Update’ the discounted rates will then be listed.
- Note regarding parking – parking at the Hancock is all valet, when you register you will see they charge $15 a day for parking. The OAPT negotiated a lower rate AND the OAPT will be covering our attendee valet parking fees at the Hancock during the conference.
- Overflow rooms will be available offsite if needed. If you are not able to book any of the dates for our conference at the Hancock, email OAPT@Outlook.com for overflow instructions.
